No, swimming is not mandatory for introductory dives (such as Discover Scuba Diving). Non-swimmers can still enjoy guided scuba diving experiences in shallow waters with professional instructors.

The best time is between October to May when the weather is calm, visibility is high, and the seas are generally flat, making it ideal for diving.

Typically, a full session including briefing, training, and the actual dive lasts 1.5 to 2.5 hours, with around 20–45 minutes underwater, depending on the package.

Prices vary depending on location and type of dive:

  • Introductory dive: ₹3,500–₹6,000 per person 
  • Certified fun dive: ₹4,000–₹7,000 per dive

Yes, diving is subject to weather and sea conditions. If the weather is rough or visibility is poor, dives may be postponed or rescheduled for safety reasons.

All gear including wetsuits, fins, masks, and tanks are provided by the dive center.
